Our Process

Initial Consultation

We sit down and discuss the project with you; what you want and why. We listen to your ideas and when appropriate or asked, we’ll add some of our suggestions, too.

Design

Based on that conversation, we put your vision on paper, using some of the best designers in the Twin Cities. Of course, if you have a designer you want to use, that’s great.

Bid

We walk through all of the components of the project and the overall cost with you. If something’s not right, or needs tweaking, we’re on it.

Re-bid/Re-design

Based on the bid, we sharpen our pencils and adjust the scope and budget as need be.

Schedule Project

Once we have your approval to move forward, the fun really starts! We lay out a week-by-week schedule, breaking down what you can expect every step of the way. Construction – throughout the entire project, we communicate with you so you always know what we are doing and when.

Final Walk-through

This usually involves a happy dance!
